Vin Doux Naturel - tai legendinis saldaus pastiprinto vyno stilius, Rusiljone gaminamas nuo seno. 15.5% laipsnių stiprumo, šis vynas lengvesnis nei Portas ar Madeira, tačiau kompleksiškumu ir ilgaamžiškumu nenusileidžia. 40 metų statinėje brandintas ir 2009 metais į butelius išpilstytas kūrinys savo geriausias dienas skaičiuos dar ne vieną dešimtį metų. Poskonio ilgumas ir aromatų gausa priblokš kas kartą įpylus šio vyno į taurę. Džiovintos žolelės, riešutai, medus, slyvos - tai tik užuomina į patyriminę kelionę, kurią suteikia Grande Reserve Ambre. To find the words for a wine that tastes of thirteenth-century cupboards creaking with dust and you are the person allowed to open them and smell that ancient dust. To find the words for a wine that tastes of apricot syrup and salted pecans, pralines and ink and soot and the coldness of old flagstones and instant-coffee granules and deep-kissing someone who has been drinking espresso and eating dried apricots and dark chocolate.
